Selling from Puerto Rico
We buy wholesale from recyclers, junkyards, workshops and businesses in San Juan, Bayamón, Carolina, Ponce, Mayagüez and the rest of the island. Spanish-language page: Puerto Rico (español).
Ports of origin and route to the US
Common ports in Puerto Rico: San Juan.
Puerto Rico is US territory: shipping to Florida is a domestic move, not an export from a foreign country.
Material we buy by the container
- High, medium and low grade circuit boards (server, telecom, PC, phone)
- RAM memory and processors (ceramic and plastic CPUs)
- Hard drives, servers and telecom equipment
- Phones, laptops and other electronics
- OEM factory catalytic converters (by brand and code)
- Hybrid, diesel (DPF/DOC) and aftermarket converters
How selling works
- Send photos or video of the material, approximate quantity and country through the form or WhatsApp.
- We review it and reply with a reference price and approval to load. Catalytic converters are quoted per unit from photos and codes.
- You load the container: each product with its weight, a photo every two pallets and closing photos (doors, seal with its number, and a video).
- When the container reaches our South Florida warehouse we confirm the weight and send the wire transfer the same day.
How to photograph your catalytic converters
- One photo of the whole converter with both ends (inlet and outlet) visible.
- One close-up of the code stamped on the shell or plate, in good light and without direct flash. Wipe off dust or rust with a cloth; do not grind it.
- If you have many units, sort them by type and tell us how many of each.
Not sure which converter it is? Try our photo catalytic converter identifier (beta, no prices) or read the guide how to photograph a catalytic converter for a quote.
How to prepare an e-scrap container
Sort the material by grade (high, medium and low grade boards, CPUs, RAM, drives, whole units), remove batteries and housings, and keep it dry. Step by step in the guide how to sell an e-scrap container.
Documents and permits
Export permits for electronic waste and used catalytic converters depend on each country's laws (and, for e-scrap, sometimes the Basel Convention). Check current requirements with your customs and environmental authorities or your customs broker before loading. We do not give legal advice.
